• By completing the traffic ticket questionnaire and making a payment to our office for traffic infraction representation you are entering into a contract and are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Your completion of this process will be considered your electronic signature. You have all of the rights and responsibilities under this electronic contract as you would an original signed contract;
• Your total fee is a flat fee of $300 for complete representation on one traffic infraction. The amount our office profits from that $300 is contingent upon the results that we achieve. You will never pay our office more than $300 (per infraction) for representation and will never be billed anything over the original $300. This fee must be paid before we will begin working on your case. The flat fee that you pay our office will not be deposited in our trust account and will be deemed earned upon receipt;
• You have the right to terminate the lawyer-client relationship at anytime. In the event the lawyer-client relationship is terminated before the contracted services are completed you may, or may not, be entitled to a refund of a portion of the fees that you paid.
