STEP 1:

• Mark the contested box on the back of the ticket, fill in your address, sign it, and then mail it to the court listed on the front within the time period listed on the ticket.  
• If you have retained a copy of the ticket, please mail it to or drop it off at 1609 208th Street SE, Bothell, Washington 98012 OR fax a copy to 1-425-488-2016 OR email a copy to gaylen@heidihunt.com. If you did not retain a copy of your ticket do not worry, we always request a copy from the prosecutor.

·         Fill this out as completely as possible. Although what really happened rarely matters when a case gets dismissed on a legal technicality, our lawyers still need as much information as possible to know the best way to defend your particular ticket.

·         Feel free to call the office to discuss your case. If a lawyer needs more information from you, then you will be contacted directly.

STEP 3:

·         We charge a flat fee of $300 for one infraction. We give multiple infraction discounts. If you have received multiple infractions please call the office to determine your flat fee. We will NOT begin work on your case until payment has been received.

·         WE MUST BE HIRED AT LEAST 17 DAYS BEFORE YOUR COURT HEARING. If too much time has passed, please call the office to see if we will still be able to handle your case.
