In Washington you must take the breath test at the police
station when lawfully requested by a police officer or you risk automatic loss of your driver's license. The lawyers at our
office use the Web Based Discovery Materials Site (WebDMS) maintained by the Washington State Patrol to determine whether
the breath test machine used in your case was working properly. We examine information concerning records of breath test
results, instrument maintenance, policies, procedures and manuals of the breath test section of WSP.
