The “Business
as Usual” legal strategy- Law firms often assign a single lawyer to each case that walks in the door. Although cases have been handled that way by many older lawyers for decades, this
“business as usual” approach can have many problems. For instance, if a legal team consists of a single
lawyer, then what happens when the lawyer is out of the office or busy on another case? The answer is usually that NOTHING
happens. The bottom line is that this “business as usual” attitude can be quite profitable for the lawyer
but quite costly for the client.
Why is my law
firm different? My law firm is different for a variety of reasons: we are successful litigators,
we have earned the respect of the Judges that we work with, and we are always keeping up to date on issues that are important
to our clients. But even more importantly is how my office utilizes a complete legal team for every case we accept, so
that each one of our clients has an entire team of professionals working on their behalf. My team includes three experienced
trial lawyers, an office manager, a legal intern, a legal assistant, and other support staff. We also have access to investigators,
physicians, and other “experts” in their fields. EVERY CASE WE
TAKE IS REVIEWED BY A MINIMUM OF TWO LAWYERS. We
use this business model because it is the best way that we've found to effectively counter the endless resources
that are afforded the government in prosecuting your case or the insurance company in defending a claim.
What does it
mean to have an entire legal team working for you? Most importantly it means that you
get a team of lawyers working on your case instead of just one. My lawyers have handled hundreds of cases.
With our mix of experience comes the knowledge that your case is being handled by lawyers that have participated
in every aspect the legal system as it applies to your case. This experience includes literally hundreds of pre-trial
and motion hearings, and dozens of bench and jury trials. As a result, my team
has been able to work hard and become known within the legal community for their credibility, commitment, and ability to effectively
litigate.
