That is because most police officers and prosecutors don’t have the time or resources to comply with every rule they are supposed to. Since most people don’t contest their ticket, and simply pay the fine, this noncompliance usually gets ignored. When our office gets involved, every broken rule is brought to light and challenged vigorously. In the end, the ticket usually gets dismissed.

Some of them may include: increased insurance; required traffic school; or sometimes even the loss of your driver's license. Why not make the government prove their case against you? Regardless of guilt, our office usually gets the ticket dismissed on a legal technicality. For those clients the ticket simply goes away, never to bother them again. If a ticket doesn't get dismissed a lawyer can usually get our client a deferred finding, a Stipulated Order of Continuance, or a reduction to a non-moving violation so that the ticket does not negatively affect their insurance rates. The $300 flat fee* that we charge can pay for itself over and over again. Best of all, if we don't get your ticket dismissed then we will pay your court fines!

FIGHTING YOUR TRAFFIC TICKET IS EASY!

STEP 1: Mail your ticket to the court

Mark the contested box on the back of the ticket, fill in your address, sign it, and then mail it to the court listed on the front within the time period listed on the ticket.
If you have retained a copy of the ticket, please mail it to or drop it off at 1609 208th Street SE, Bothell, Washington 98012 OR fax a copy to 1-425-488-2016 OR email a copy to bev@heidihunt.com. If you did not retain a copy of your ticket do not worry, we always request a copy from the prosecutor.

STEP 2: Complete the Traffic Ticket Questionnaire

STEP 3: Make a payment

· We charge a flat fee of $300* for one infraction. We give multiple infraction discounts. If you have received multiple infractions please call the office to determine your flat fee. We will NOT begin work on your case until payment has been received. WE WILL PAY YOUR COURT FINES IF THE TICKET DOES NOT GET DISMISSED! Including any fees for a deferred finding, an SOC, or a reduction in charge to a nonmoving violation.
